KELA MAG FORT contains 415 mg (75 mg) of chelated magnesium bisglycinate, 1.2 mg of vitamin B1, and 2 mg of vitamin B5. It also includes 2 mg of vitamin B6 and 500 µg of vitamin B9.

Usage advice
